We run active engagements across the United States and Canada, the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar) anchored out of Dubai, India, the UK and EU, and Southeast Asia and ANZ from Singapore.

Yes. We support founders on pre-seed through Series-B rounds — investor narrative, financial model, cap table, comparable and DCF valuation, and warm intros to US VCs, Gulf family offices and Indian growth funds.

What is a typical engagement size and length?

Strategy sprints run four to six weeks. GTM and lead-generation retainers are typically three to twelve months. US and Middle East market entry are multi-month programs. We share pricing openly on the first call once scope is clear.

Yes. We coordinate Delaware C-Corp or LLC formation in the US, and DIFC / DMCC / Meydan free-zone setup in the UAE, alongside banking, tax and payroll. We don't practice law — we run the project with your counsel.

We work under mutual NDA from the first call. Data lives inside your CRM and workspace — we operate as named users, not through separate systems. On termination, our access is revoked and we retain no client contact data.

Occasionally, for pre-seed and seed companies where the fit is exceptional. Standard structure is a small warrant coverage on top of reduced cash fees.

Yes. We run globalization strategy, location assessment, operating-model design, entity setup, workspace, talent, program management and vendor management as an integrated program. We don't replace your legal counsel or EOR — we coordinate the workstreams so the centre opens on time and on budget.

We evaluate talent availability, churn, salary inflation, regulatory ease, flight connectivity, workspace options and total cost of operation. We then model scenarios and present a board-ready recommendation with risk scorecards, not just city rankings.
